A warm thank-you to Ciara Williams, our wonderful summer intern. Ciara participated in the StepUp Achieve summer jobs program, and was matched with MHQ for a summer internship. Ciara is beginning her junior year at South High School in Minneapolis.
“Ciara jumped right in and was a valuable member of our team from the beginning,” said Ashley Driste, Ciara’s supervisor and MHQ Events Manager. “She lent a unique perspective to our team, and it was an all-around great experience.”
This is the fourth consecutive year that MHQ has hired a summer intern from Achieve Minneapolis’ StepUp summer jobs program.
“Since our company’s inception, we have been committed to supporting Minneapolis youth through our work with Achieve Minneapolis,” said Dara Rudick, MHQ CEO. “We felt this was simply the right thing to do, yet our company has benefited a greatly from working with these stellar students!”
