Rebecca Merrill, M.A., Events and Outreach Coordinator
Rebecca’s expertise in events and development supports MHQ clients in delivering outstanding programming. With more than 10 years’ experience serving non-profit organizations, Rebecca has also served as a volunteer board member, including president of her townhouse association. She holds an M.A. in Arts and Cultural Management.
Erica Lee, Customer Service Coordinator
Erica brings to MHQ several years working in both the nonprofit arts and the tech industry with a focus on diversity and inclusivity initiatives with and for marginalized communities. She supports the MHQ client services team in providing exemplary customer service.
Stephanie Gandy, M.A., Executive Administrative Assistant
Stephanie serves as executive assistant to the MHQ CEO, and oversees the client services team in exceptional customer service to MHQ clients and their members. She comes to this role with a background in providing customer service support in multiple industries and administrative support to higher education institutions, stakeholders, institutional trustees, and community members. Stephanie was recently appointed as the Vice President of the Minnesota College Professionals Association and actively presents at local, and regional conferences on diversity, equity and inclusion practices. She holds an M.A. in Multicultural College Teaching & Learning.
