I support the Presidents order. As regulators we are responsible for keeping residents safe in out of home care through prevention. Licensing is prevention. Therefore, I agree with the Presidents order to keep America safe through “temporary” measures as prevention. In licensing we require pre-admission screenings to understand the needs of the individuals served, therefore, the vetting process is very similar to the licensing requirements of pre-screening, and should be a serous part of immigration regulation.
