Congratulations to Membership Manager, Mike Swan, and Events Manager, Amy Sellheim for completing the Management HQ Leadership Development Program™ (LDP)! The MHQ LDP is a customized 30-hour program created to provide leadership and management skills to key MHQ leaders.

I found it to be a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and skill development,” said Amy Sellheim, MHQ Event Manager. “The program provided valuable insights and provided me with the tools needed to lead more effectively and drive positive outcomes for MHQ. I was excited to be a part of the program and look forward to applying the learnings to my work.”
The 10-part series provides training and hands-on experiential learning on topics ranging from human resources to systems to set and achieve annual and quarterly goals.

Since we work so closely together each day, it made the discussions more fruitful and practical to our daily work.”
