MHQ is 6 years old! Recently, I shared with a colleague my original hopes when I launched MHQ in 2013. I hoped for at least one client to serve, and I hoped for some team members to share the great work to be done.

In my wildest dreams, I could not have conjured the reality of today. Every single client we serve, every association we manage, is making our world better. Our team and I have the deep privilege of serving the amazing individuals who are on the front lines, so deeply committed to serving our communities.
I am so proud to work alongside our talented, committed team who has grown to 12! Each day, we deliberately and intentionally live our values of Compassion, Openness, Service and Integrity. We serve clients whose work we believe in. We have the gift of an amazing board of advisors, rich in experience and generous in sharing wisdom.
We at MHQ are looking forward to the next six years. We are committed to having an even greater impact, serving more associations that are changing our world for the better.
