Management HQ is pleased to welcome N’dia Herndon as our 2016 Step-Up Achieve Summer Jobs Intern. N’dia’s role at MHQ is to gain entrepreneurial experience, and to work with other MHQ team members to support MHQ projects.
“We are huge supporters of the AchieveMpls Step-Up summer jobs program,” said Dara Rudick, MHQ CEO and AchieveMpls board member. “We hope that N’dia’s time with MHQ will serve her well in her future career goals; I am confident that her time with us is an absolute benefit to our company in many ways.”
N’dia’s summer projects include supporting the event management for a major golf outing and large conference for MHQ association clients; working on marketing communications initiatives; and an important data research project for the company. Currently a junior at Minneapolis’ Southwest High School, N’dia plans to explore attending college at the University of Minnesota or the University of Chicago.
N’dia is an active swimmer who has recently won awards in the U.S. Swimming championships, including three first place wins and one second place win, qualifying for the next level of championship competition.
