For the second year in a row, Management HQ (MHQ) has been recognized as a Community Partner Ally by AchieveMpls, the strategic nonprofit partner of Minneapolis Public Schools that shares the goal of ensuring every student is career and college ready.
The Step Up program of AchieveMpls connects Minneapolis youth ages 14-21 with internships at nearly 200 companies, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations empowering young people to create bright futures through professional skills training, on-the-job experience, and connections with mentors who can help them achieve their career goals. Employers benefit by increased diversity in their workforce and a strong base of young, skilled workers who can keep the future regional economy strong and vibrant.
MHQ has hired interns through the AchieveMpls Step Up program and Dara Rudick, MHQ CEO, serves on the AchieveMpls Board of Directors.
