The Management HQ Team
On February 21st, the Management HQ staff team participated in an annual Strategic Planning session. Two years after the company’s launch, the team took a chance to re-visit the MHQ Values – a set of principles that guides the actions and decisions of our team.
While the group concluded that our original values were still very reflective and supportive of our work, the team revised the values slightly to ensure continued relevance as our company grows:
