In 2022, NABA Inc. (formerly the National Association of Black Accountants) selected MHQ to provide strategic guidance, support business development, and connect NABA Inc. with key partners in considering a greater presence in the Minneapolis, Minn. area.
This work begun in November 2022, when Guylaine Saint Juste, NABA Inc. CEO; Herschel Frierson, Board Chairman; and Agai Jones, NABA Director of Philanthropic Engagement, joined NABA local chapter leaders in Minneapolis. As part of the visit, local chapter leaders Tamara Jenkins, Alexis Martin, and Orlando Bryant joined in a dinner event including representatives from major corporations and non-profit organizations in the
Minneapolis area.

MHQ provided to NABA Inc. strategic planning and consulting services to support an expansion plan; business development services, including developing key connections for NABA Inc. leadership; and managing and implementing introductory meetings between NABA Inc. and key Minneapolis-area non-profit, government, education, and business leaders.
