Management HQ (MHQ) recently worked with our client, the National Association for Regulatory Administration (NARA), to shift its typically in-person licensing seminar to a virtual event. The seminar’s outcomes for attendance and budget exceeded expectations.
“This year, our virtual seminar experienced the highest number of attendees that NARA’s licensing Seminar has ever had,” said Jim Murphy, NARA executive director.
NARA effectively managed risks, with its team from MHQ successfully negotiating with the planned venue to eliminate cancellation fees. The event exceeded its budgeted revenue and supported strong member retention.
“During this pandemic, there has been a lot in front of us to do and manage,” says NARA member and Director of Vermont Child Care Licensing Christel Michaud. “This licensing seminar was a welcomed gift. Thank you for creating this opportunity!”
