Tracy King, chief learning strategist and CEO of InspirEd, has just released the book “Competitive Advantage,” for associations and continuing education professionals looking to develop profitable and impactful targeted learning programs.
Tracy is a 20 year veteran of the continuing education industry with a passion for leveraging learning experiences in order to develop the workforce and achieve better business results. With experience training corporate employees internally as well as teaching communication studies in the academic world and for the past 10 years focusing on association-specific continuing education, Tracy is uniquely suited to advise associations on common pitfalls and when developing a continuing education program and how to overcome them.
“Competitive Advantage is an essential resource in improving your organization’s educational strategy and programs. The book will transform how you create, lead, and deliver education,” said Gabriel Eckert, FASAE, CAE.
“My hope is to see a shift in our industry, because we can be disrupted or we can disrupt our status quo and seize our own competitive advantage. Establishing an educational strategy is well within our reach, and an important first step in becoming profitable and sustainable,” said King, author of Competitive Advantage. “My heart’s desire is to stimulate conversation around this so we can advance together – creating reliable revenue streams and leading the way for the workforces associations represent.”
The Kindle version of “Competitive Advantage” is available for download now, with audio and paperback versions to follow. Tracy’s Education Enterprise Scorecard and Bonus Idea to Action Tools are also available to download for free at www.inspired-ed.com/competitive-advantage.
