We are thrilled to announce that Jennifer Laible, Executive Vice President of Transformation and Integration at 24 Seven Talent, has joined MHQ to help lead us into an exciting future as our 2026 Board Chair.
Jennifer is no stranger to excellence. A Thank You To Outgoing Board Chair Sarah Oquist
We also thank Sarah Oquist for her outstanding service as Board Chair.
As a former CEO and current board advisor to multiple for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including NACD Minnesota Chapter, where she chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee, Sarah brought decades of governance expertise to MHQ.
Under Sarah’s leadership as Chair:
- We implemented a 360 review process and contingency plan for me, the CEO
real accountability measures that benefit our clients. - She led quarterly strategic reviews that kept MHQ aligned with our mission while being responsive to evolving client needs.
- She fostered a culture of collaboration across our team and board, strengthening the sense of community we cultivate with our association clients.
