On September 12, we celebrate Will Shaughnessy’s one-year anniversary as a member of our Management HQ team!
Will serves as Client Services and Office Coordinator for MHQ and our clients.
“In one short year, Will has brought the operational acumen of our client services department to a new level,” said MHQ Membership Manager and Executive Director, Mike Swan. “His strengths afforded him the opportunity to lead our Operational Excellence taskforce to retool MHQ’s operational procedures, and he has succeeded admirably.”
With his extensive background in hospitality, Will brings a commitment to friendly and compassionate service along with his dedication to creating and implementing unique and efficient solutions and systems for MHQ clients.

His attention to detail and goal to make every interaction with anyone special sets him apart from others,” added MHQ Client Services and Membership Coordinator, Kael Henlock. “Will is dedicated to being his best. He brings joy to our team and sets a standard to strive for, showing care, empathy, and dedication in every interaction.”
Outside of his work at MHQ, Will has a passion for the arts. His interests include creative writing and music/video production, and he is currently involved in a number of small, independent music and writing projects in Minneapolis.
