The Management HQ team has made the ADEC transition an absolute delight in every way I know. You guys have shouldered far more responsibility than you probably thought you would (and certainly more than I anticipated).
As our team got to know your team through our initial interviews, the proposal submission Process, the final interviews, and the transition, you have performed with finesse and aplomb Far beyond my wildest dreams. You probably know that when a few of us first met Dara face-to-face in Minneapolis in April 2016, we loved her vision and excitement, but frankly, thought Management HQ might just be too small to handle ADEC’s complexity.
As we have gotten to know you all, however, what I (and I think our board) has realized is that one thing we love about you is your entrepreneurial spirit, your willingness to think outside the box, and your ‘lean, mean, management machine!’ the very things that I and others thought might be shortcomings have now turned out to be the things we already most treasure about you.
