Our GENIUS MHQ team members Mike Swan (Membership Manager) and Mackenzie Kelley (Executive Director NARST, PCAF, and ARIA) attended the Associated North Peer Genius Event on February 8 to network, exchange ideas, and collaborate with other local AMC industry professionals!
“I love any chance I can get to hear from peers in the industry,” said Mackenzie. “As MHQ continues to grow, we’re constantly thinking about ways to improve our operations as we scale. Getting to hear about the incredible work being done out there in areas such as AI and Data Management gave me plenty of food for thought to bring back to the team.”
Mike said, “Peer Genius was a great opportunity to connect with others in our industry, and see a few familiar faces as well! The opening session – Visual Strategies to Mitigate Burnout – was very engaging and gave me a couple of good activities to share with our team. Hearing what other AMCs are doing with AI was also super interesting. We came away with a few new ideas to consider implementing at MHQ!”
